Retail Business Analyst

The main objective of the position is to support Retail business decisions by preparing various reports and analyses; to support the development and implementation of various sales and marketing related projects, and new business concepts; to offer support for retail process revisions.  
Location: Bucharest

As a Retail Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:
•    Prepare in-depth analysis of stations and network level sales, identifies trends, assure internal and external benchmarking, prepares sales scenarios and forecasts;
•    Prepare regular reports covering various Retail business aspects;
•    Prepare analyzes necessary for business and investment decisions;
•    Active role in cost control, cost optimization, benchmarking and modelling
•    Deeply understand financial aspects of the business, handle specific finance and business KPI’s, calculates profitability of various business segments and activities;
•    Understand external business environment and macroeconomic context;
•    Offer support in sales, marketing, network development and network operations related projects, provides project supporting data, prepares presentations and analysis;
•    Offer support in creating the concept, implementation and follow up of Retail New Business Concepts;
•    Active role in various Retail related planning and forecasting processes;
•    Monitor, analyze and propose improvements to existing and/or future Reporting Systems;
•    Actively participate in the review of Network operation and Retail processes.

To be successful in the role, you should have:
•    University degree, preferably in Finance area;
•    At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (business analysis with finance knowledge);
•    Excellent analyzing skills to see the connections between complex processes
•    Having initiative, self-organized, fast-learning, flexible, willing to permanently develop and improve; 
•    Data collection and management, interpretation and optimization of results;
•    Team spirit.
