Description

- Performs administrative and clerical tasks;

- Communication, (electronic and verbal), with tenants and other functions as necessary;

- Prepare, format, revise drafts of legal documents, contracts and agreements;

- Initiate client outreach to ensure agreement or contracts are signed and up to date;

- Ability to understand laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents;

- Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents;

- Prepare and follow-up state related business, building permits;

- Ensure that all Permits are up to date;

- Prepare project documentation and permits; 

- Some off-site work and/or travel may be required;

- Some projects may require after-hours support;

          - Perform other duties as assigned.

 



Requirements

- Good communication skills;

-  3 – 5 years or similar experience;

- Technology: Microsoft Office;

- Fluent English;

- Drivers permit.
