- Performs
administrative and clerical tasks;
- Communication, (electronic and verbal), with
tenants and other functions as necessary;

Prepare, format, revise drafts of legal documents, contracts and agreements;
- Initiate client
outreach to ensure agreement or contracts
are signed and up to date;

Ability to understand laws, rulings and regulations in legal documents;

Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents;

Prepare and follow-up state related business, building permits;

Ensure that all Permits are up to date;
- Prepare project
documentation and permits;
- Some off-site work
and/or travel may be required;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
