Mentinerea la zi a
arhitecturii de automatizare si a parametrilor de programare a sistemelor
automatizate.
Efectueaza interventii reactive la echipamentele automatizate de pe liniile de productie: diagnoza, reparatii, optimizarea timpului de solutionare;
Efectueaza lucrari pe echipamentele de automatizare, in cadrul activitatilor de mentenanta preventiva;
Parametrizare, setari si optimizari functionale pentru echipamentele automatizate de pe liniile tehnologice;
Monitorizarea si optimizarea stocului critic de componente electrice, electronice de schimb aferente instalatiilor de productie, impreuna cu Inginerul electric din departamentul tehnic;
Inregistrarea datelor aferente interventiilor efectuate si mentinerea istoricului de reparatii, analiza timpilor de stationare tehnica, masuri de reducere a timpilor de interventie;
Identificarea si monitorizarea istoricului de erori aparute (bug-uri) pe echipamente de productie, implicare in solutionarea lor;
Efectuarea periodica a backup-ului programului automatului programabil cat si al panoului operator (HMI);
Coopereaza activ cu colegii (inginerul electric, inginerul mecanic, inginerul de proces, electricieni, mecanici, tehnologi, operatori) in vederea realizarii in mod eficace a diagnozei si reparatiei echipamentelor
- Leads the
FG, PM & RM teams (including forklift drivers);
