Description

- Following actions according to predefined operational procedures;
- Monitoring of NAGIOS systems and services on a 24 x 7 basis and escalations upon procedures;
- Execution, monitoring and alerting of predefined operational tasks on COREBANKING systems;
- Act as Operator to complete prescheduled operational tasks;
- Performing EOD Operations on several environments for several countries;
- Hourly Call Center IVR services checks;
- Hourly Internet banking services checks;
- Delivering COREBANKING application, Debug users upon request;
- Daily file transfers, batch processing request executions;
- Executing several WEBMIN tasks upon procedures;
- Performing Deployment Operations on several environments upon request;
- Monitoring DRC replications;
- Monitoring Backup systems.
