This role is
focused on three areas: Recruitment, Employer Branding and Talent Management.
You’ll act as a strategic partner, working in collaboration with the leadership
team on the development of business strategy by delivering great recruiting

end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain relationships with hiring managers
and agencies involved;
talent acquisition processes in order to achieve the employment of the best
interview and selection procedures, including phone call screenings,
assessments and in-person interviews.
- Lead and
manage onboarding activities that support and accelerate new internal/external
hire assimilation from the time of offer acceptance to the time at which the
new hire is fully assimilated;
support in people development actions plans and strategies that prepare the
employees for future business challenges; responsible for employees evaluation
and presenting to the Board the results;
communication on any HR related aspects (e.g. organizational changes, etc.);
HR policies and procedures and advise employees on related issues;
in a broad range of HR processes by providing business insights, setting
priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input and communicating to
business leadership (Performance Management, Learning & Development,
Mediations, Reorganizations, etc.)
the implementation of all activities related to performance management;
- Work with
business leaders in developing, executing and managing employer brand marketing
strategies and campaign themes;
- Work with
other departments and teams, such as recruiting, marketing and internal
communications, to ensure effective execution of campaign programs;
marketing plan and budget in support of goals.
