- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field of study;
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience;
- Training and development experience and added advantage;
- Strong communication skills with a good command of the English language Results oriented and Proactive;
- Solid customer service and relationship management skills;
- Experience in recruitment is required;
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively;
- Strong multi-tasking skills with a comfort in maintaining multiple, often conflicting, priorities, and deadlines;
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.


This role is focused on three areas: Recruitment, Employer Branding and Talent Management. You’ll act as a strategic partner, working in collaboration with the leadership team on the development of business strategy by delivering great recruiting results and HR initiatives. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain relationships with hiring managers and agencies involved;

- Manage talent acquisition processes in order to achieve the employment of the best quality employees;

- Schedule interview and selection procedures, including phone call screenings, assessments and in-person interviews.

- Lead and manage onboarding activities that support and accelerate new internal/external hire assimilation from the time of offer acceptance to the time at which the new hire is fully assimilated;


Talent Management:

- Offer support in people development actions plans and strategies that prepare the employees for future business challenges; responsible for employees evaluation and presenting to the Board the results;

- Facilitate communication on any HR related aspects (e.g. organizational changes, etc.);

- Implement HR policies and procedures and advise employees on related issues;

- Participates in a broad range of HR processes by providing business insights, setting priorities, reviewing solutions, providing planning input and communicating to business leadership (Performance Management, Learning & Development, Mediations, Reorganizations, etc.)

Advise on the implementation of all activities related to performance management;


Employer Branding:

- Work with business leaders in developing, executing and managing employer brand marketing strategies and campaign themes;

- Work with other departments and teams, such as recruiting, marketing and internal communications, to ensure effective execution of campaign programs;

- Manage marketing plan and budget in support of goals.
