Requirements
- Experience of at least 8 years in HR;
- HR advanced functional skills in all key HR areas: recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation & benefits, evaluation, motivation and retention etc
- Language skills: English – advanced;
- PC skills: Microsoft Office package – advanced, SAP;
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Very good negotiation​ skills at all levels in the organization.


Description

- Being a strategic partner for senior business management;

- Planning, implementing and monitoring related HR development/improvement projects;

- Support for recruitment planning, approval of internal/ external positions, interface with Recruitment and Reward Management;

- Reward and Performance management;

- Active role in Career Succession Planning process;

- Labor relations: reporting, reorganization and restructuring, outsourcing;

- Supports in developing and implementing the HR strategy;

- Coaches line managers in people management​.
