·         Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite;

·         Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into numbers and solutions;

·         Experienced at preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects; experienced at compiling and following strict budgets;

·         Good English language skills

·         Driving licence

Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Romania to develop a growing organization in supplying clothing industry with materials: linings, interlings etc. In this position, you will develop the organization, coordinate sales and goals.

Responsibilities:

·         Develop monthly, quarterly and annual sales plans and organization development plans; (turnover, agreements on activities, teritorries, employees etc.)

·         Pursue new sales opportunities, gather inbound leads and follow-up calls/meetings (visiting customers, home works after visits, preparation of sales offers etc.)

·         Establish sales territories and manage sales distribution (acquisition of new terittories, CRM, distributions of sales tools: visits, exhibitions, marketing, public tenders, social media, newsletters etc.)

·         Research customer needs and requirements; implement new ideas/strategies to generate interest in sales (new products, supply/logistics channels, supply speed, stock levels etc.) 

·         Meet and exceed sales quotas (turnover, margin, profit)

·         Interact with executives to evaluate sales strategy and results (monthly meetings with clear vision, suggestions, conclusions)

·         Develop and implement strategies to bring in new business (idea from “sky” level to implementation)

·         Follow-up on potential sales leads (keep an eye on new sales opportunities which can not be fulfilled now)

·         Analyze sales data and recommend changes or improvements for better customer satisfaction and future revenue (reports and analyses turning into action)
