Description

Responsibilities:

·         Research potential vendors; Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

·         Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

·         Track orders and ensure timely delivery; Review quality of purchased products

·         Enter order details into internal databases

·         Maintain updated records of purchased products

·         Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

·         Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed


Location: Bucharest, Charles de Gaulle Square




Requirements

Requirements:

·         Higher education (Economic, Logistics, Business Administration, etc.)

·         Experience minimum 3 years on a similar position

·         Solid analytical thinking, math skills, communication& negotiation skills

·         Good knowledge of market research and vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)

·         Knowledge of MS Office and an ERP system (SAP - advantage)

·         Fluent English Level, additional foreign language a plus
